Ready to put yourself on the map?

Most leadership development happens in windowless conference rooms. At Atlas Leadership Lab, we believe that to lead in a globalized world, you have to actually see it.

I’m Christine Den Herder, and I’ve spent my career crossing borders—both geographical and professional—to study what makes people move, unite, and succeed. I’ve worked in three different regions in the US, built up global teams, and learned that while cultures vary, the pulse of great leadership is universal.

I founded Atlas Leadership Lab to meet people where they are. Our coaching is informed by a global perspective that embraces:

  • Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Navigating the nuances of global teams while understanding how our emotions come into play in the office.

  • Adaptability under Pressure: Working in ambiguity learned from the unpredictable nature of travel and the volatility of business.

  • Radical Connection: Building trust across languages, time zones, and ideologies.

Your Guide Through the Unknown

Whether you are navigating a career transition or looking to build upon your current skill set, you may feel like you’re in uncharted territory. Let me act as your lead scout, someone who can provide the strategic maps, the psychological gear, and the "boots-on-the-ground" experience to help you reach your summit.

When I’m not in the "Lab" with clients, you’ll likely find me eating my way through cities in Europe or doing handstands on the streets of Tokyo. I’m a firm believer that the best leaders are perpetual students of the world.

Are you ready to expand your borders? Let’s map out your next move.
